My Day of Beauty took place on Monday April 29
located at The King Plow Arts Center at 887 W. Marietta Street NW Suite A, Atlanta 30318.
With a salon floor of about 12,000 square feet, last year they had over 250+ students AND teachers getting complete makeovers. This year they were able to help over 500+ students/teachers total!
My Day of Beauty was put together by Gloria Owczarski, who started the event ten years ago to help bring children with disabilities and give them a day of pampering. The kids were able to receieve haircuts, haircolor, facial waxing, manicures, makeup applications and massages from liceneces technicians all other Atlanta. All services were donated from open hearted people throughout Atlanta.
Gate City Management CEO Chris Waymon was the music coordiantonor for the event and was able to book some great talent to come out to perform and entertain the kids .
